The Skill of Apology...but not what you think...

Has a coworker struck up a conversation about gay marriage or abortion or evolution or stem cells or even the existance of God with you? Ever wanted to respond with confidence to some of those questions?

Devotion #1 - August 2005

Song of Solomon 8:6b - "...for love is as strong as death, its jealousy unyielding as the grave. It burns like blazing fire, like a mighty flame."

Question to ponder: Isn't it an interesting paradox that love is strong enough to endure the toughest trials and tribulations as this verse suggests, yet it can be thwarted by our own sin (selfishness, distrust, anger, etc.) What sin may be thwarting your love for your spouse?

Lay them at the cross and pray with your spouse about them. Do this so your love can carry you through the trials and tribulations in life!
